The IBEROSTAR Rewards program is not a sweepstakes or game of chance. It is a performance based rewards program open only to eligible travel agents. Participation is limited to those enrolled travel agents who meet all criteria set forth in these terms and conditions.
Monthly Rewards Drawing: Every booking you enter is equal to one entry towards a monthly random drawing for a 3-night stay at one of the Grand Collection Hotels (each month a different hotel). Eligible participants will receive one entry into the program for each reservation.
IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts will conduct the drawings monthly in a random drawing of eligible participants and winners will be announced monthly. Winners will be contacted using their email address. If a winner does not respond to claim their reward, a new winner will be chosen.
Bookings must be entered in the same month as the reservation is made.
Participation in the IBEROSTAR Rewards program is open to all U.S. and Canadian travel agencies and agents operating under a current and legitimate ARC/IATA or CLIA number. Winners must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the U.S. or Canada. Winning travel agents will be notified by e-mail; gift card awards will be distributed by mail within 4 weeks from their entry on the Travel Agent University (TAU) Rewards page; other award elements may be distributed electronically. Winning agents are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on any awards received. Enrollment is the sole responsibility of participating agents. Agencies may not combine bookings of multiple agents into an individual agent account. IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to verify bookings at any time without notice, and/or to refuse award(s) based on non-compliance with program rules. IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion to refuse or revoke membership in the program for any reason. It is the sole responsibility of participating agents to confirm receipt of program bookings.
IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections or miscommunications. IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts may change the Awards program or discontinue the Rewards program at any time at its sole discretion. Please check these Terms and Conditions for changes and updates. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Other conditions may apply. Participants agree to the above terms and conditions and accept the decisions of IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts as final. Any persons providing false information forfeit all awards and prizes associated with program, and may risk prosecution under applicable law. Rules are subject to change without notice.
